TOUCH OF A MUSE is a traditional joint concert of Pärnu City Orchestra and Pärnu
Music School. It is always a highly anticipated event, especially for the music school
family, since only a few young musicians get the chance to be soloists in front of the
orchestra. The biannual music event inspires and gives soloists a certain
push for choosing their career as a professional musician.
